Mothers for Africa, The Nana Sekyiaabea Foundation Works with other Non profit organizations for Haiti Relief Efforts 

Mothers for Africa, The Nana Sekyiaabea Foundation  presented  "Operations USA"  with a check to purchase generators for Haiti relief support.
As you know on January 12, 2010 Haiti was devastated by a 7.0-magnitude earthquake. We at Mothers for Africa, The Nana Sekyiaabea Foundation have joined the efforts of the global community to assist the people of Haiti. We have already sent a shipment of supplies to Haiti and are traveling to Haiti April 4, 2010.

Mothers for Africa, The Nana Sekyiaabea Foundation has joined forces with other non-profits who are flying from Boston, New York, Tennessee and California to meet in Haiti. Some of the members of the groups are Haitian Americans. We are traveling with Doctors, Nurses and relief workers.

The Mothers for Africa Student Exchange program will be starting soon. American teenagers traveling to Ghana  will experience living and learning outside of the United States for 2 weeks.
