As you know on January 12, 2010 Haiti was devastated by a 7.0-magnitude earthquake. We at Mothers for Africa, The Nana Sekyiaabea Foundation have joined the efforts of the global community to assist the people of Haiti. We have already sent a shipment of supplies to Haiti and are traveling to Haiti April 4, 2010.
Mothers for Africa, The Nana Sekyiaabea Foundation has joined forces with other non-profits who are flying from Boston, New York, Tennessee and California to meet in Haiti. Some of the members of the groups are Haitian Americans. We are traveling with Doctors, Nurses and relief workers.
