Micro Loans for Women  E-mail

Please donate a onetime fee of $150.00 - $600.00 to provide a micro loan for women in

the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ghana and Haiti. These loans help women by

making them independent and self reliant. The candidates are charged a 1% interest

rate. After the women pay off the loan the loan is recycled to a new candidate. So far

these loans have proven to be quite successful in helping families and the women are

paying back the loans. Remember all money donated to Mothers for Africa the

Nana Sekyiaabea Foundation is a tax right off. The woman directly above and below

lost her business during the earthquake in Haiti, but now she has a fresh new start

thanks to Mothers for Africa the Nana Sekyiaabea Foundation.

The woman below is from the Democratic Republic of the Congo she was rapped by 2

gun men speaking kinya Rwanda at Rutshuru, Kalengera. She was buying tomatoes

when she was kidnapped her husband was murdered by the gunmen. She has 6

children.  Thanks to Mothers for Africa as you can see started a business selling

shoes, look at the big smile on her face, now she will be able to send her children to

school. The woman bending over filling out our application is a rap survivor from the

Democratic Republic of the Congo. She was in a field with her mother when 4 military

soldiers from Rwanda raped and shot her mother in the chest causing her demise.

The same soldiers raped her and shot her and left her for dead. She only has a 3rd

grade education. She does not know how to read or write well. She has a six

year old son who has never been to school. With her micro loan she has open a

business selling used clothes.
